This website is operated by Full Grain Apparel, owned and operated by Muhammad Usama. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Full Grain Apparel. Our production facility is proudly located in Sialkot, Pakistan, a world-renowned hub for leather manufacturing excellence. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Quality Commitment

We maintain a "No Compromise on Quality" policy. Every product is crafted in Sialkot using premium materials and expert craftsmanship, ensuring international standards before shipping to our global customers.

3. International Shipping & Customs

  • Origin: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our manufacturing unit in Sialkot, Pakistan.

  • Global Delivery: We ship worldwide. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by international courier services or customs clearance.

  • Duties & Taxes: Eligible orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and selected supported European destinations are sent using a customs-inclusive, duty-paid (DDP) service. For eligible duty-paid shipments, applicable import customs duties, import taxes or VAT, and customs-clearance charges assessed through our shipping service are prepaid by Full Grain Apparel. Customers should not be required to make an additional customs payment upon delivery. Any delivery charge shown at checkout is a shipping charge and is separate from customs duties. For destinations not eligible for our duty-paid service, the customer may be responsible for local import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges. Customers may contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility.

4. Product Accuracy & Sizing

We strive for 100% accuracy in product images and colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to consult our size charts before ordering. Returns due to sizing issues are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, infringing on our intellectual property (including product photos), or transmitting malicious code.

6. Limitation of Liability

Full Grain Apparel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (where our business is registered) and Pakistan (where our production is based).
