Our production facility is proudly located in Sialkot, Pakistan, a world-renowned hub for leather manufacturing excellence. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Quality Commitment

We maintain a "No Compromise on Quality" policy. Every product is crafted in Sialkot using premium materials and expert craftsmanship, ensuring international standards before shipping to our global customers.

3. International Shipping & Customs

Origin: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our manufacturing unit in Sialkot, Pakistan.
Global Delivery: We ship worldwide. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by international courier services or customs clearance.
Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Product Accuracy & Sizing

We strive for 100% accuracy in product images and colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to consult our size charts before ordering. Returns due to sizing issues are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
