Shipping Policy

At Full Grain Apparel, we ensure that your premium products are handled with care and delivered to you as quickly as possible. All our products are manufactured and dispatched from our specialized production facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.

1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer Worldwide Shipping. Whether you are in the USA, UK, EU, or anywhere else, we bring our premium craftsmanship to your doorstep.

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PKT - Pakistan Standard Time)
Handling Time (Processing): 2–4 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
Transit Time (Shipping): 7–12 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–16 Business Days.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: [Yahan apni shipping cost likhen, e.g., Free over $100 or a flat rate].
Note: Jo rates aap yahan likhenge, wahi exact rates GMC settings mein bhi setup karne honge.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

USA & EU Customers: We strive to ship parcels on a Duty Paid basis to minimize or eliminate additional customs charges for you.
Other Regions: For regions outside the USA and EU, any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from Sialkot, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can monitor your shipment via our partner courier's website.
