You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This is especially applicable for sizing issues or manufacturing defects. 2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused). All original tags and packaging must be intact. The item must be free from any artificial scents, marks, or alterations. A receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is required. 3. Return Process & Shipping Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@fullgrainapparel.com with your Order Number and photos of the item. Return Shipping Address: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return instructions and the shipping address. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 4. Refunds (If Applicable) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or size. 6. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
